When the charity group decided that we had to move forward with our IT infrastructure by being able to provide a safe, supported and reliable system, we knew that our chosen provider had to be appreciative of our charitable aspect and understand the nature of our business. It was also important to me that the provider would be 100% transparent, as we have limited IT knowledge within the organisation.
I met with three providers locally, all of which were able to provide me with what I needed from a systems need point of view, however AM Consultancy and in particular its CEO Adrien Merhet was able to give me that level of transparency I needed whilst also understanding the charitable aspect of what we do. I was provided with detailed documents that showed me what we would be getting and what costs would be involved etc. From this we had a number of discussions about the best way to integrate the system and tweaks that were necessary.
From day one of our business relationship with AM Consultancy, I have had no need to question the level of support and advice that we are given. Everything has been open and honest, and we have had no nasty surprises.
