Our initial site visit normally consists of a survey where we check a wide variety of things in your IT environment. We also provide systems monitoring to ensure that vital maintenance tasks are kept up to date such as anti virus updates, Microsoft critical updates and much more. This work is carried out remotely so as no transport costs are incurred, and we can actually work on more then one site simultaneously, therefore keeping your IT costs down.

The site health check includes:

• Server Analysis
• Checking hard disk for errors and sufficient space
• Diagnosing possible hardware issues
• Firewall / security check
• Anti Virus check
• Backup Check
• Event log analysis
• Remote Working Evaluation

Any urgent issues we will address while on site if possible. After the visit we will provide you with a site document which shows you any issues we have found and where you could be doing certain things more efficiently.
