All work requests made are recorded on on-online “Tracker” system. This enables you to log on to your account at any time and see the progress of work against your request. It also shows all costs incurred to date on that task, so you can monitor IT expenditure.

 

Every time the status of an request changes, you are automatically sent an email with the details of the change.
