We can connect to all our clients through virtual private networking, this coupled with remote desktop systems allows us to work seamlessly on server systems, or to take over a client desktop. We can connect to any client desktop in less then a minute.

Is it secure ?

We use state of the art encryption technologies developed by Cisco that operate on client firewalls. So although we have full access to your systems, no one else can connect.

Please note that we have seen other companies connect to clients through several weakly protected and unencrypted internet connections, leaving the clients vulnerable to unauthorised access.

 

Our internet remote support has the following features:

1. We do not use third parties such as GoToMyPC for remote connectivity, our connections are directly between our support systems and your network. This means our connection is VERY fast and no one else has any form of access to your network.
2. All network traffic is encrypted using triple DES, this is currently the highest standard of encryption available commercially.

We have tried other solutions, but in order to do the type of work necessary to provide the service of support our clients have come to expect, this is the only method available.
